MuftGo offers a basic business website build at ₹0 service fee within a fixed scope: 1 to 3 pages, mobile-friendly design, WhatsApp button, contact form, Google Maps section, services / pricing section, gallery / testimonials, basic SEO-ready structure, fast-loading setup and 2 free revisions.

The client may bring their own domain and hosting, or we can purchase on the client's behalf at exact provider cost. We take no commission and add no markup. Where possible, the bill stays in the client's name.

We do not force any specific hosting plan or provider.

Costs of third-party services such as domain registrars, hosting providers, email services, payment gateways, premium plugins or SaaS tools are paid by the client at actual provider cost.

AI features are optional. Setup charges are clearly listed. AI / API usage is billed at exact provider cost and is the client's responsibility once enabled.

The free build includes 2 revisions during the initial development window. Additional revisions are billed at ₹89 – ₹299 per revision based on scope. "Revision" means content / minor design adjustments. Major redesigns are quoted separately.

Typical free basic website builds are completed within 5–10 working days from receipt of all required content. Timelines depend on client responsiveness and content readiness.

AMC plans (Starter ₹149, Growth ₹299, Pro ₹599, Premium ₹1,199 per month) are optional. They can be activated, paused or cancelled by the client at any time. Without AMC, support is billed per change.

Landing pages, integrations, automations, AI workflows, dashboards, backend systems, apps and SaaS are paid services. Each engagement is scoped and quoted before any work begins. Custom-quote items are not started until the client confirms in writing or on WhatsApp.

Client owns: domain, hosting (if purchased by client), logo, photos, content, customer leads / data, payment gateway account, social media accounts, Google Business Profile and business accounts.

MuftGo owns: reusable codebase, templates, components, design system, internal tools, automation methods and development systems.

Client receives: permission to use the delivered website / app for their business; admin / content access if included; website usage rights. Source-code handover is available only as a paid buyout.

Our free website model includes website usage, not full source-code ownership. Source-code handover is available as a paid buyout starting at ₹1,499 – ₹4,499 for basic websites and higher for advanced builds, apps, SaaS and AI workflows.

Paid add-ons are quoted and confirmed before work begins. If work has not started, the engagement can be cancelled with a full refund. Once development begins, refunds are calculated based on work completed.

AMC monthly plans can be cancelled any time before renewal.

We reserve the right to decline projects that involve illegal activity, fraud, scams, hate content, gambling without proper licensing, or anything that violates Indian law.

We do not guarantee leads, conversions, sales, Google ranking or business outcomes. Our liability for any paid engagement is limited to the fees received for that specific engagement.

These terms may be updated as our services evolve. Material changes will be communicated. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance.
